According to latest update by Twitter, company has included two new Boards of Directors.
Twitter has added Hugh Johnston, PepsiCo’s chief financial officer, to Boards of Directors. Hugh Johnston was associated with PepsiCo’s as CFO since 2010. He is also serving Beverage Company as a Vice Chairman.
Another member in Boards of Directors, is Martha Lane Fox, who will be serving as Director. Martha Lane is a co-founder of travel and leisure website lastminute.com.
News was confirmed by Jack Dorsey, CEO, Twitter. He also said that they are planning to make more changes as well. Here is the tweet by Jack.

The two new board members will replace current Twitter board members Peter Currie and Peter Chernin.
Currie is president of Currie Capital and a former CFO at Netscape.
Chernin is the founder of the Chernin Group, which invests in media and entertainment, and is also on the board at American Express and Pandora.
Twitter has gone through some time, while the top executives left the company. By adding new boards of members, Twitter shows, that they are still in the race.
