We already know, that RankBrain is one of the top most ranking factors. In a recent Q&A session with Google, Andrey Lipattsev, a Search Quality Senior Strategist at Google, said the other two factors were links and content. So the top 3 SEO ranking factors becomes

However, he did not mention the order of these signal, but we at least now have a hint that what’s google think before ranking your website.

What Is Google RankBrain and how will it affect SEO

A machine-learning artificial intelligence system named RankBrain by Google that’s used to help process its search results, as first reported by Bloomberg and also confirmed to us by Google.

Note, RankBrain is not an entire Algorithm, it is a part of Algorithm that Google use for providing the most relevant information through the billions of pages.

According to Google, they rolled out RankBrain in 2015 and it is fully live at the moment.
