Facebook launched a new product for marketers called Facebook Canvas. Canvas will allow brands to tell more with full screen ads.
Facebook users will see the ads in their feed and they can expand the ads to full screen, swipe it and can get more engaged with the ads.
“We made the creative community a priority when we designed and built Canvas. It’s a product that represents our commitment to creative craft and delivering the best mobile experience for businesses and people,” said Chris Jones, head of creative technology, Facebook Creative Shop.

Canvas is already listed under Publishing Tools.
If you have already created a canvas using Facebook Power editor, Canvas should be listed under publishing tools. Means you can access canvas through Facebook Power editor as well.
But if you still want canvas to be available under your publishing tools, you need to request Facebook for the access.

According to Zack Hendlin, a Facebook product manager “All the objectives and delivery that already work for ads on Facebook will continue to work here.” “We don’t charge by the number of things you put in a Canvas. You build it in the same way you would build a video or a photo or any other post, and it’s ranked in the same way as everything else.”
